The facility to extract a report of the Trusts unpaid for a specified number of months per Trust.
From the Beneficiary Fund menu, click alongside New under Unpaid Trusts Report on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.
Click New below Unpaid Trusts Report. The Unpaid Trusts screen will be displayed.
Capture the relevant details as follows:

Number of Months |
The number of months that must be reported on. If no value is captured then the report will cover all months. |

Scheme Code |
Capture the code for a specific scheme, or leave blank to display all schemes. |

The email address to which the extract must be sent. The completion of this field is mandatory. |
Click GENERATE REPORT.
The system will retrieve the Business Transactions (BT’s) in the BENINVCONTRL account with a Transaction Date less than current date less the Number of Months captured. the details for each Deceased Membership for which there is a MAINMEMINV BT and for which there is no MEMCONTRIB BT will be extracted.
The following information will be displayed for each Trust:
- Membership Reference Number
- Surname
- First Name
- Date of Birth
- Date of Death
- Date of Transfer (Transaction Date of MAINMEMINV BT)
- Amount (Amount of MAINMEMINV BT)
A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted (and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided).
Click View below Unpaid Trusts Report. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme Code
- Timestamp
- Date Captured
- Report Type
- Sequence Number
- Action
To display the Unpaid Trusts, click the display hyperlink in the Action column. The following report will be displayed:
