Unlinking a Participating Employer after a Product Copy

Overview

When copying a Product using the COPY selection from the main menu on top, it is imperative that the Administrator deletes the old Participating Employer from the new Product.

 

If the Old Participating Employer is not deleted, it will result in the Product Launch associating the new Product to the incorrect Participating Employer.

 

Product copy

Do a Product Copy and associate the Product to the Team.

 

 

Product update

When processing the Product Updates on the new Product, pay particular attention to the PARTICIPATE ER update type.

 

 

Highlight the PARTICIPATE ER and click on the PROCESS UPDATE button. 

 

The old Participating Employer will be listed.

 

Highlight the row and select Associate Pay Centre to Scheme on the menu on the left.

 

 

Remove the Pay Centres linked to the old Participating Employer.

 

 

Return to the previous screen.

 

Highlight the old Participating Employer again and click on the DELETE button to remove it.

 

 

Now that the old Participating Employer has been removed, link in the correct Participating Employer using the ADD button.
