If the run date is equal to the last working day of the month, the system will read the existing Benefit Request records with a Claim Request Type of PENDING CLAIMS and for which the Claim Status is IN PROGRESS and the value for Sub-Type on the Claim Details record linked to the Benefit Request is 2ND CLAIM FORM, FOLLOW-UP CLAIM or TRACING and the Timestamp month on the Claim Details record is earlier than the current month less 24, then the Membership Status will be updated to UNCLAIMED BEN and the Status on the Benefit Request record will be updated to COMPLETED.
A Service Request will be created for each Membership with the following values:
