Trust Status (Beneficiary)

This option will be enabled when the Status of the membership selected is DECEASED.

Select Trust Status from the sub-menu on the left. 

The Trust Status screen will be displayed.

The current date will be displayed in the Effective Date field.  Capture a different date if required and click VIEW STATUS.

The system will read the document template with a Process Type of BENEFICIARY and a Template Type of TRUST STATEMENT.

The document will be created with the information listed below as per the Document Template: 

-  Deceased Member Details:

-  Member Reference Number

-  Name

-  Surname

-  Total Investment Amount

-  Transaction Date

Example:

-  The following columns are displayed for the beneficiary:

-  Member Reference Number

-  Surname

-  Name

-  DOB

-  Amount

-  Percentage Allocation

-  Amount Paid

-  Interest

-  Balance
