Trust Statement (Annuity)

When the Type of Run selected is BENEFICIARY, TRUST or INVESTMENT FUND and the Schedules hyperlink is selected on the Annuitants Control screen, a sub-menu will be displayed on the left.

 

A specific document template has been created for beneficiary statements per the payslips.

To display a list of Beneficiary Statements for the trust payment, select Trust Statement from the sub-menu on the left. 

 

The Payment Enquiries screen will be displayed.

 

 

To locate a specific member or members, specify the data that must be displayed using the Payment Enquiries search facility as follows:

 

Type

Select a value from the drop-down list.  The following selections are displayed:

ALL

Annuitant

Dependant

Disabled Dependant

Spouse

Reference

The reference number of the beneficiary / policyholder.

Surname

The surname of the beneficiary / policyholder..

Name

The first name of the beneficiary / policyholder..

 

Once the necessary search criteria have been captured, click SEARCH.

 

The Payment Enquiries screen will be displayed.

 

 

The following columns are displayed:

-          Type

-          Reference

-          Unique ID

-          Surname

-          Name

-          DOB

-          ID

-          Third Party Payee

-          Effective Date

-          Account Number

-          Deductions

-          Graded Tax

-          Tax

-          Net Payment

-          Payslip Id

-          PDF

 

To display the Trust Statement, click on the hyperlinked PDF in the last column.
