This is a report of the details of the members to be sent to a Tracing Agent for tracing.
If no claim form has been received and the date of exit is more than six months from the date when the SR was created, the status of the pre-claim benefit request will be updated to Tracing and a Tracing Agent Report will be created.

Tracing Agent File Upload
Select Tracing Agent Report from the Exits menu. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
The screen lists the following details of the reports created with a Report Type of TRACING AGENT:
Scheme Code
Timestamp (the date and time that the report was created)
Date Captured (The date the Tracing Agent file was loaded)
Report Type (TRACING AGENT)
Sequence Number
Action
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the appropriate selection.
The Report Selection screen will display the information extracted when the file was loaded for the report selected.
The following columns are displayed:
- Membership Number
- Surname
- ID Number
- Benefit Event
- Date of Exit
- Status
- Tracing Status
- Date of Death
- Telephone Number
- Cell Number
- Email Address
- Fax Number
- Postal Address Line
- Postal Address Line 2
- Postal Address Line 3
- Postal Code
Export
To create a csv file with the information listed and export it to an email address, capture the email address and click EXPORT.
