Although the Personal Investment Plan scheme is the only contracted out scheme, the extract also applies to the members in the Afterwork scheme with a deferred membership for which the previous scheme within the UK is a contracted out scheme.

Termination Notices File
From the General menu, click alongside Termination Notices File on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.
Click New below Termination Notices File. The Termination Notices Report screen will be displayed.
Capture the effective date of the report and your email address. Click GENERATE REPORT.
A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted (and an e-mail will be sent to you, if you requested to be notified).
Job submitted successfully
A CSV file will be created as per the following file layouts:

This screen displays a list of the extracts created.

To download an extract file, click on the hyperlinked Download File in the Action column alongside the appropriate extract.
The following screen will be displayed, with the message:

Click here to download the files selected.
The CSV file will be downloaded to a selected directory. The data will can be accessed in a CSV file via WinZip.
