Tags for Communication

The values in the table below have been added to the UDPV Object Field Tag for the definition of the Bookmarks (Tags) in a Template Type of EMAIL and SMS to be used for communication that is emailed out of My Work and associated to the Process Type of COMMUNICATION.

 

The following table describes the value to be displayed in an email for each of the tags.

When the MEMB EMAIL document tag is selected for this information to display in an email, the system will retrieve the value from the Email value captured on the latest Client Address Detail record linked to the membership record.

 

When the MEMB CELL document tag is selected for the information to display in an email, the system will retrieve the value from the Cellular value captured on the latest Client Address Detail record linked to the membership record.

 

When the BANK ACCOUNT document tag is found in a Document Template, the system will find the Name of the Bank on the JU1CN Bank Account Details screen to which the member is linked and extract this value together with the last four characters of the Bank Account Number.  The system will display the value of the Bank Name followed by four asterisks and the last four characters of the Account Number, e.g. NEDBANK****3256

 

This tag is used in the document template where the member is informed that his benefit was paid into his bank account.

 

Automatic Reply on Email Boxes

This is an automatic response to emails received via the various process email boxes to indicate that the email has been received.

 

When the My Work Email box is read and a Service Request has been created, an Email is sent with the message content from the Document Template to the “from” email address from the My Work email box where the sender’s email address is not for the client e.g. @Absa.co.za.
