alongside Suspended Annuities on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.This report lists all the annuities for whom the status is SUSPENDED.
The report is produced in two stages:
- input the selection criteria and submit the job

The reports are not displayed automatically.

From the Reports menu, click alongside Suspended Annuities on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.
Click New below Suspended Annuities. The Suspended Annuities Report screen will be displayed.
Select the required scheme and provide an e-mail address. The TO DATE defaults to the current month, and can be changed if required. A FROM DATE can be provided (optional). Use the appropriate radio button to indicate whether the report must be produced in ASCending or DESCending order.
Click GENERATE REPORT.
The current report detail will be displayed on the lower portion of the screen.
A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted (and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided).
If the report was selected in ASCending order, click View ASC below Suspended Annuities, or if the report was selected in DESCending order, click View DESC below Suspended Annuities. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme Code
- Timestamp
- Date Captured
- Report Type
- Sequence Number
- Action
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the appropriate report.
