Selecting a Benefit Payment Enquiry (Member Benefit Payment Enquiry)

From the JU3AO List of Members for a Scheme/Pay Centre screen, highlight the required member, then select Benefit Payment Enquiry from the sub-menu on the left.

The JU4AH Benefit Claim Request screen will be displayed.

The available enquiry options are accessed from the of sub-menu options displayed on the left.
