The SAP Interface 8 Extract batch job (BJU3FFO0) will execute on a monthly basis. This batch job will read the schemes that have the scheme parameter of SAPINTERFACE8 captured.

The SAP Interface Report displays all successfully extracted records in respect of salary sacrifice contribution refunds for leavers with less than 2 years service.
In the file layout, the member's company reference number will be extracted from the employment record on the client relationship record.
From the General menu, select SAP Interface Report from the sub-menu on the left.
The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked select in the Action column alongside the appropriate selection.

The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme
- Pay Centre
- Membership Reference
- Company Reference
- SAP Wage Type
- Amount of Payment
