Validation has been added in order to re-validate a bank account each time it is used in order to avoid the bank accounts being validated with e.g. one ID number and then subsequently being used for a payment to a different person. The following validations have been added: · South African ID Numbers will be validated using the Home Affairs link · Once an ID Number has been validated it will not be able to be updated · The Payee Name on the bank account will be defaulted to the Member’s name · If, in the benefit payment process, an existing bank account is selected then the account will be reset to Not Validated and included in the bank account validation file again · A Bank Account Links report has been be provided for audit purposes of all bank accounts linked to multiple persons. |

The system has been updated to allow for the sum assured amount to go beyond the maximum sum assured that was selected at new business. The maximum amount is only applicable at new business stage however the funds may grow and exceed the maximum amount over the lifetime of the policy if a client chose an API. |

The facility to capture and view warning statuses is provided.
These warning statuses are included on the existing Beneficiary Information page that can be opened from the Investment Details page. |

There are two processes that can be used depending on how the death benefit money is received. · The BENEFICIARY NEW MONEY processed can be used where one amount is received for a number of beneficiaries that must then be split between them. · The BENEFICIARY INDIVIDUAL INVESTMENT process can be used where one amount is received for each beneficiary. |
