Miscellaneous updates made since last release, including the correction of minor errors, enhancing readability, etc.

CC1432

A new Dashboard Weekly Statistics report has been added for the Vendor, Changer User, Team Leader and Supervisor roles in CIMS.

The Annuity Addresses and Annuity Non Addresses Reports now include the annuitant and beneficiary ID numbers.

The accounting transaction file for Walker will now be placed into the D:\Bytes\Insight\WALKER\Output directory so that it can be processed without intervention ie. the upload of the Walker interface file is automated.

Functionality has been added to print all documents and letters created in the Back Office for Endowments Policies.

A Product selection field has been added to the Commission Report selection criteria with functionality to provide for the Commission Report to be split by Type.

Functionality has been added to extract the data for all new Policyholders for submission to Barclays Compliance for comparison to the Sanctions lists provided by government.

New functionality has been added on the Beneficiary screen for the Endowment Product, to cater for the different requirements of the Endowment Products in Kenya from those of Zambia.  For the Zambia Endowment Products a percentage is captured for each beneficiary but for Kenya the benefit is always apportioned equally between the beneficiaries.

New functionality has been added to extract a report for each of the following Options on the Payroll Data Capture Summary screen:

- New Entrants

- Exits

- Rule & Validation Errors

- Valid

- UnMatched Members

Validation has been added for schemes using the Flexible Benefit Rules in the Benefit Payments Process.  When the Complete a Claim menu option is selected, the system will check whether an option has been selected and saved on the screen that displays the results of the quote, and if an option was not selected and saved then the system will redirect the user back to the Claim Enquiry screen in order to select an option.

Tags have been added for the Policy Schedule generated from the Print Policy selection on the Policyholder Details screen for Endowment schemes iro the following:

- The display of the email address captured on Contact Details

- Beneficiary details not being picked up

- Positioning of the Policy Frequency

- The  % count for the annual premium increase

- The display of "year (the last Premium due on:  ____________) "

- The removal of the table to show the Levels of maturity benefits as of the maturity payment dates

The removal of the Paid Up and Surrendered selections from the Policy Decision drop-down list on the Policy Decision page as the processing of Paid Ups must be done using the Claims process.

Changes have been made in order to simply the Claim Process for Insurance Products that use the Flexible Benefit Rules.

To allow the IRP5 Extract to read the PAYE number per fund, the PAYE tax number has been added to the Administration Branch, which is assigned to a fund.

A SAP Report for the extraction of the financial transactions to be uploaded into SAP Financials for certain Products has been added.

A new method for web registration has been created in which the person captures an ID / Passport number and a single password.  The person registering may select a “Call me back” facility in order to request assistance.  

A My Work Service Request is created so that the person can be contacted by the Administrator and assistance can be provided. The Administrator uses the “Call me back” details captured by the person in order to contact that person and updates the Notation screen with any information regarding the Service Request.

An indicator has been added at an annuitant level to indicate whether a pensioner statement must be generated for an annuitant.

The Product has been added to the annuity increases report.

The Payment Day for annuitants is now being displayed on the Home Affairs Confirmed Deaths and Unconfirmed Deaths reports.

Functionality has been added to allow a separate Branch structure for all Intermediaries or Intermediary Groups to be defined.  This enables the setup of Branches to which sales people can be linked and the city or town in which the Branch is situated.

The Source Reference number field has been redefined on the Sanctions Screening Data Extract for all new Policyholders for submission to Barclays Compliance.

An Accounting Activity field has been added to the JU2AF Search Criteria screen.

A Report has been added to provide specific valuation information for Endowment Products.  This information is different from the information currently provided in the Valuation reports for Retirement Funds and Retirement Annuity Funds.

Changes have been made to the MI Inactive Report for Endowment policies to provide for a selection by Status Type.

The following Status Types can be selected:

- Surrendered

- Cancelled

- Not Taken Up

Changes have been made to the format of addresses in order to meet SARS’ requirements for the format of addresses for tax certificates.  SARS specify very specific formats for addresses and an indication for a postal address as to whether it is a street address, post box or private bag.

The addition of a Staff Indicator on the Policyholder Details screen for Endowment Products to indicate whether the Policyholder is a staff member or not, so that a staff discount can be applied for premiums payable.
