Functionality has been added to allow for a Retirement Scheme to be associated to a Beneficiary Scheme (Trust Fund) for the purposes of the automatic transfer of death benefits. When a death benefit is processed on the Retirement Fund, the payment information is passed to the Trust Fund so that the information does not have to be captured again on the Trust Fund. The system automatically creates beneficiary records with a membership reference number of the deceased member’s reference number followed by an underscore and a number starting at 1 for each beneficiary. |

Enhancements to the My Work Contribution Process to include a contribution checklist with separate tick boxes for the doer and the authorizer. Two checklists have been provided; one that can be selected on the Data Capture Summary screen and one that can be selected in the Income Process. A web page has been provided that can be selected and that can be defined using a Document Template. This allows the checklist to be set up and amended to suit the requirements as required. |
