Major changes have been made to deal with the following issues: 1. When a new Membership Group is added, the allocation of the Membership Group to a Benefit Structure is now automatically generated by the system. If a Benefit Structure does not exist, the system will create a new one. 2. Benefit Structures can no longer be created by a user. (However, BSV’s can still created by a user). 3. Users can no longer open the Benefit Rules Scheme Update Type if the Membership Group Scheme Update Type is still open. Membership Group must first be closed. 4. The Scheme Benefit Structure and Version Maintain screen has been changed as it now excludes the maintenance of a Benefit Structure. 5. Documentation relating to the defined benefit product has been added, and existing documentation has been amended where necessary. This includes the necessary screens and text in respect of Scale of Benefits, EOH, Factors, Defined Benefits and Benefit Events. Examples have been added for clarity. 6. Some additions to text (for clarity) and some screen images have been replaced. |
