This report displays summarised statistics per region on a monthly basis. This report should be scheduled to run automatically on the first day of every month.
Note:
For the system, the region is defined as the administrator branch that is linked to the scheme.
The following statistics are summarised per region in a table, on a monthly basis:
- Number of bank reconciliations not finalised within 30 days, i.e. a bank recon of 31 March will be done by 30 April. The report is split between those with a last bank reconciliation date between 30 and 60 days, and those beyond 60 days.
- Number of cycle reconciliations not finalised within 30 days, i.e. a cycle of 31 March should be done by 30 April. The report is split between those with a last cycle reconciliation date between 30 and 60 days, and those beyond 60 days.
- Number of financial year closes still open and financial year is more than 12 months back.
- Number of death claims and retirement claims not finalised and date of exit is more than 3 months back.
- Number of Investment-in-transit accounts not R0
- Number of debtors and creditors of last financial year still outstanding.
