Process SR (Age 16 Option Form) (My Work)

Overview

This facility is for the production of a letter to the guardian for the beneficiaries that turned 16 and the processing of the returned Decision Form.

 

The notification letter will be generated in a new monthly batch job.

 

Batch job details

 

When the batch job runs it finds the Memberships for which the value for Subtype Detail on the latest Member Values record with a Type of BENEFICARY FUND and Subtype of TERM AGE TYPE is APPLICATION and for which the Membership Status is BENEFICIARY.

 

The batch job finds the Memberships for which the Member’s age is equal to the value for Percentage on the latest Member Values record with a Type of BENEFICARY FUND, Subtype of TERMINATION and Subtype Detail of TERMINATION AGE less the value for the PRE MAJ NOT PER Scheme Parameter and the day and month of the Member’s date of birth is greater than the date of the timestamp of the latest previous Beneficiary Notification batch job and less than or equal to current date.

 

If a Member Values record with a Type of BENEFICARY FUND, Subtype of TERMINATION and Subtype Detail of TERMINATION AGE is not found read the Member Values record with a Type of BENEFICARY FUND, Subtype of TERMINATION and Subtype Detail of TERMINATION DTE. Find the Memberships for which the value for the Month and Year of the Period End Date on the Member Values record less the value for PRE MAJ NOT PER is equal to Month and Year of the run.

 

The batch job checks if there is a control record for the Membership, i.e. check if the Membership has already been processed. If not, it reads the Document Template with a PDF Process Type of BENEFICIARY and a Sub-Process Type of AGE 16 and create a PDF Document based on the Document Template.

 

The batch job creates a file of all of the PDF Documents.

 

When you select  from the main functionality menu, the JU7AB Work Management List screen will be displayed.

 

This screen displays a list of the service requests allocated to you.

Beneficiary Options

 

Activity name: Notify Beneficiaries

 

If the Process Name is BENEFICIARY OPTIONS and the Activity Name is NOTIFY BENEFICIARIES, and Service Request > Process is selected from the sub-menu on the left, the Bulk Letters screen will be displayed.

 

 

This screen displays the files of PDF Documents that were created by the Beneficiary Notification batch job with a Type of BENEFICIARY OPTIONS.

 

Click on a file name from the list to download the PDF.

 

Click MARK AS PRINTED next to a file name to indicated that the file has been printed.
