When any of the following information is amended on the Policyholder Details screen, the system will keep a history record of the amended information:
- Surname
- Title
- Initials
- First Name
- Date of Birth
- Marital Status
- Gender
- Language
- ID Type
The data for any changes that have been made to certain Policyholder fields must first be authorized or rejected before they take effect.
A report can be run for all amendments to the name, bank account or debit order date for existing policies. For more information refer to

Changes made to Personal Information for a Policyholder e.g. Surname, Title, First Name, Date of Birth etc, can be viewed using the Amendments menu item.
When a Policyholder has been selected and the Policyholder Details screen is displayed and the Persons Menu Item on the top menu has been selected, the JU1BA Search Criteria screen will be displayed with the Person details for the Policyholder selected.
Click OK. The JU1BA Client List screen will be displayed.
Highlight the person. The Amendments menu item on the sub-menu on the left will be enabled for selection.
Click Amendments on the sub-menu on the left. The JU1BA Authorise Personal Details Amendments screen will be displayed.
The left panel displays the person details that have been updated. These are the unapproved changes that have been made to the person details.
The right panel displays the current person details. These are the details before any changes were made.
Note:
The AUTHORISE and REJECT buttons displayed on the screen are not enabled for selection. They are only enabled when the system flows to this screen via the Authorise Policyholder Details Activity in the Policy Changes Process in My Work.
