The JU3BN_LCSWI Life Cycle Switches batch job runs every month and extracts the data for the following members:
· Those members that will be moved into the Life Cycle investment model within a defined number of months in the future
· Those members who are currently in the Life Cycle model and will be moved into the next category so that they can be given the option to opt out of the Life Cycle.
When the JU3RS_SWTLET Life Cycle Switch Notification Letter batch job runs, the system will create a Service Request with a Process Type of LIFE CYCLE OPT and an Activity of REPORT CURRENT as well as a Pending Life Cycle Switches report.

This report displays the details of all Pending Life Cycle Switches members with a Timestamp equal to the Timestamp of the My Work Service Request.

From the Member menu, select Pending Life Cycle Switches from the sub-menu on the left.
The Bulk Flex screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Sequence
- Scheme Code
- Date Effective Run
- Date Effective To
- Date Extracted
- User ID
- Auth User ID
- SR Number
- Action
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the required member. The following Bulk Flex screen will be displayed.

- Company Reference No
- Surname
- Initials
- Date of Birth
- Planned Retirement Date

WhenCREATE BULK PDF FILE is selected, the system will read the Document Template with a Process of LC SWITCH NOTICE and create a file of the PDF Documents for all of the Memberships listed on the screen as per the Document Template. When the PDF file is created, the Status on the Service Request will be updated to COMPLETED.
When CREATE PDF next to a line is selected, the system will create a PDF Document for that Member.
When an email address is captured and EXPORT is selected, the system will create a csv file with the information listed and export it to the email address captured.
To complete the service request, click MOVE SR ON.
