Pending Claims

Select Processes > Benefits.  The Employee Selection screen will be displayed.

 

 

Select Claims from the top menu.  The Claim Menu will be displayed on the left.

 

 

Click  alongside Pending Claims on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.

 

 

Pending

Click Pending below Pending Claims.  The Pending Claims screen will be displayed.

 

 

This screen displays a list of the Benefit Requests with a Claim Request Type of PENDING CLAIM.

 

The following columns are displayed:

 

Timestamp

Scheme Code

Membership No

Company Reference No

Surname

Initials

ID Number

Date of Exit

Benefit Event

Claim Status

Status

Tracing Status

SR Number

Action

 

The SEARCH option provides the following search criteria:

Scheme Code

Membership No

Company Reference No

Surname

Claim Status

Status

Tracing Status

 

Note:

To create a csv file with the information listed and export it to an email address, capture the email address and click EXPORT

 

 

Create PDF

To view the contents of a Pending Claim Letter, click CREATE PDF where it appears alongside a membership.  The Pending Claim Letter will be displayed.

 

To create and print a Pending Claim Letter in PDF format for a specific member, click CREATE PDF in the Action column alongside the appropriate member.  The Pending Claim Letter will be displayed (in PDF format).

Processing

When the Create PDF button next to a line is selected, the system will create a PDF Document for that Member based on the Document Template with a Process of PENDING CLAIMS and a Sub-Process of 2ND CLAIM FORM and linked as the default for the Benefit Event.

 

Notification received

Click Notification Received below Pending Claims.  The Pending Claims Notifications screen will be displayed.

 

 

This screen displays a list of the Benefit Requests with a Claim Request Type of PENDING CLAIM.

Following up

Individual Service Requests must then be processed for each of these members to record the details of the follow up as a letter will not be sent but the member either contacted by phone or the Branch Manager or Regional Manager contacted to try and get in contact with the member.  For each Member the method of follow-up may be different.
