Payment Details Audit (Annuity Reports)

Overview

These reports display details of changes to key membership and beneficiary data for a selected scheme.

 

The reports are requested for a specified period and will include changes during the period.

 

From the Annuity menu, click  alongside Payment Details Audit on the sub-menu on the left.  Additional options will be displayed.

 

 

The following reports are displayed for selection:

-        Beneficiary Payment Report

-        Member Payment Report

-        Beneficiary Payment Detail Report

-        Member Payment Detail Report

 

The Member Payment Report and the Beneficiary Payment Report display changes to the JU4DC Membership Payment records.

The Member Payment Detail Report and Beneficiary Payment Detail Report list changes to the JU4DD Membership Payment Detail records.

 

Note:

The Beneficiary Payment Report and the Member Payment Report are also available under System Reports > Audit > Payment Details Audit.

 

Beneficiary payment report

To generate a report of beneficiary payment changes to the JU4DC Membership Payment records, click  alongside Beneficiary Payment Report on the sub-menu on the left.  Additional options will be displayed.

 

 

New

Select New below Beneficiary Payment Report.  The Beneficiary Payment Report screen will be displayed.

 

 

Capture data as follows:

 

Member Reference

The reference number of a specific member that must be reported on.

 

Optional

Unique Id

The Unique Id identifying a specific member that must be reported on.

From Date

The date from which details must be reported on.

 

Mandatory

To Date

The date to which details must be reported on.

 

Mandatory

Email

The Email address to which notification of the availability of the completed report must be sent.

 

Mandatory

 

Click GENERATE REPORT once all of the necessary criteria have been captured.

 

The current report detail will be displayed on the lower portion of the screen.

 

 

A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted, and an e-mail will be sent to you.

 

Processing

When GENERATE REPORT on the Beneficiary Payment Audit Report screen is selected, the system will read the Membership Payment History records linked to a Beneficiary and with a Timestamp greater than or equal to the From Date captured and less than or equal to the To Date captured.

 

If the Scheme selected is a Main Umbrella Scheme, the system will find Membership Payment History records linked to the Membership for all of the Sub-Umbrella Schemes linked to the Main Umbrella Scheme selected.

 

The data for the latest record will be extracted and compare to the data for each field on the record with the latest Timestamp immediately prior to the Timestamp of the first record extracted.

 

If more than one Membership Payment History record is found linked to a Beneficiary and with a Timestamp greater than or equal to the From Date captured and less than or equal to the To Date captured, the system will read the records in Timestamp order with the latest Timestamp first and compare the data for each field on the record and compare it to the record with the latest Timestamp Immediately prior to the record extracted.

 

The values for the following fields will be extracted for each record:

-        Benefit Type

-        Type of Annuity

-        Guarantee Date

-        Spouse/Depdnt%

-        Increase Month

-        Increase Percentage

-        Minimum Increase

-        Purchase Price Rate

-        Bonus Month

-        Timestamp

-        User ID

Select View below Beneficiary Payment Report.  The Report Selection screen will be displayed.

To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the appropriate report.

Member payment report
