These reports display details of changes to key membership and beneficiary data.
The reports are requested for a specified period and will include information for activities during the period.
The reports are produced in two stages:
- input the selection criteria and submit the job
Note:
The reports are not displayed automatically.
- view the completed reports
From the Audit menu, click alongside Payment Details Audit under Audit on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.
Note:
The Beneficiary Payment Report and the Member Payment Report are also available under Reports > Annuity > Payment Details Audit.
Click Create Beneficiary Payment Report below Payment Details Audit. The Beneficiary Payment Audit Report screen will be displayed.
Capture the required TO DATE and EMAIL, (mandatory) and specify any additional criteria (optional).
Click GENERATE REPORT.
The current report detail will be displayed on the lower portion of the screen.
A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted, and an e-mail will be sent to you.
Click View Beneficiary Payment Report below Payment Details Audit. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Run Source
- Date Run Req
- Sequence Number
- Report Type
- Report Sequence Number
- Pay Centre
- Report Description
- Action
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked disp in the Action column alongside the appropriate report.
The Beneficiary Payment Report will be displayed (in PDF format).
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme code
- Member reference number
- Surname
- Initials
- Before
- After
- User ID
- Timestamp
For each member, the before and after values are displayed for the following:
- Payment type
- Annuitant status
- Payment frequency
- Payment method
- Last payment date
Click Create Member Payment Report below Payment Details Audit. The Member Payment Audit Report screen will be displayed.

- Payment type
- Annuitant status
- Payment frequency
- Payment method
- Last payment date
