Paid Up Letters (Reports for Member)

A Batch Job (JU3RT) runs every month and creates PDF Documents with a Type of CERTIFICATES and FIRST LETTER.  The Paid Up Letters Report displays PDF files created and a record of emails sent or not sent.

PDF Files

Click PDF FILES below Paid Up Letters.

The Paid Up Members screen will display.

Click DISPLAY to view all records associated with the given SR Number.

To view a specific PDF file created for a membership click CREATE PDF.  The PDF will display in a new browser tab.

Email Report

The report displays the Certificate and First Letter records for which an email record is found on the Email table.

Click EMAIL REPORT below Paid Up Letters.

The Email Report screen will display.

The following columns are displayed:

-  Sequence

-  Scheme Code

-  Date Effective To

-  Date Effective Run

-  Date Extracted

-  User ID

-  Auth User ID

-  SR Number

-  Action

Click DISPLAY to view a record of all emails sent that are associated with the given SR Number.

The following columns are displayed:

-  Sent Status

-  Email ID

-  Scheme

-  Reference

-  Email Address

-  Surname

-  Initials

-  Exit Date

-  Type

-  Date Sent

No Email Report

The report displays the Certificate and First Letter records for which an email record is not found on the Email table.

Click NO EMAIL REPORT below Paid Up Letters.

The Email Report screen will display.

The following columns are displayed:

-  Sequence

-  Scheme Code

-  Date Effective To

-  Date Effective Run

-  Date Extracted

-  User ID

-  Auth User ID

-  SR Number

-  Action

Click DISPLAY to view a record of all emails not sent that are associated with the given SR Number.

-  Sent Status

-  Email ID

-  Scheme

-  Reference

-  Email Address

-  Surname

-  Initials

-  Exit Date

-  Type

-  Date Sent
