The administrator may initiate a claim from two separate parts of the system.
Processes > Benefits > Claims
OR
Processes > Benefits > Process Benefit Payment
To initiate a claim, log in to the system from the Logon page.
Click processes, then click benefits.
Select the required employee membership as described under
Processes

Selecting Members
The claim may now be initiated.
An employer would typically initiate a claim by selecting Claims from the menu on top, followed by the selection of New Claim from the sub-menu on the left.
An administrator would initiate the claim in one of two ways:
- by selecting Claims from the menu on top, then New Claim from the sub-menu on the left.
