This report details members of the 1964 fund who have left the Bank under redundancy with either immediate pension without any actuarial reduction or a deferred pension which can subsequently be brought into payment early without any actuarial reduction.
It extracts information for the Members for which a Benefit Payment has been processed with a Benefit Event for early retirement because of redundancy. As there could be more than one Benefit Event for this purpose, the report selection criteria include the facility to select the Benefit Event.
The report is selected for a Scheme and for a period.
From the Exits menu, click alongside Non-reduced Early Retirement on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.
Click Create below Non-reduced Early Retirement. The Non-reduced Early Retirement screen will be displayed.
Capture the following data on the screen:
The period for the report in the From Date and To Date fields.
The Benefit Event, by selecting from the drop-down list.
An e-mail address
Click GENERATE REPORT.
The current report detail will be displayed on the lower portion of the screen.
A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted, and an e-mail will be sent to you.
Click View below Non-reduced Early Retirement. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the appropriate selection.
