This extract option provides a full list of Memberships for the Scheme selected for which there is no Client Address record linked to the Natural Person record to which the Membership Payment record is linked.
Select No Addresses Extract from the sub-menu on the left.
The Annuity No Addresses screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme Code
- Membership Number
- Relationship Type
- Membership Status
- Surname
- Initials
- First Name
- ID Number
- Product
- Annuitant Status
The system will extract all of the Annuity records for the Scheme selected for which there is no Client Address record linked to the Natural Person record to which the Membership Payment record is linked.
Umbrella schemes
If the Scheme selected is a MAIN UMBRELLA Scheme, the system will find the Annuity records for all of the Schemes linked to the Main Scheme selected for which there is no Client Address record.
