To create a new report, select New from the sub-menu on the left. The Commission Summary Report screen will be displayed.
To generate a report, capture details as follows:
From Date |
The date from which the commission summary must be displayed.
The completion of this field is mandatory. |
To Date |
The date to which commission summary must be displayed.
The completion of this field is mandatory. |
Summary per Product |
Click on the Radio Button to specify the generation of this report. |
Summary per Distribution Channel |
Click on the Radio Button to specify the generation of this report. |
Summary per Agent |
Click on the Radio Button to specify the generation of this report. |
Detailed Summary |
Click on the Radio Button to specify the generation of this report. |
Administrator |
Click on the drop-down list to select an Administrator.
The completion of this field is optional. |
Administrator Branch |
Click on the drop-down list to select an Administrator Branch.
The completion of this field is optional. |
Country |
Click on the drop-down list to select a Country. Current values are: BOTSWANA KENYA SOUTH AFRICA ZAMBIA
The completion of this field is mandatory. |

Capture the email address to which the report must be sent.
The completion of this field is mandatory. |
Once all of the data has been captured on the Commission Summary Report screen click GENERATE REPORT.
A message will confirm that the job has been submitted successfully:
Report job submitted successfully
An email confirming that the Report has completed will be sent to the email address captured.
