The main component of the system is the Internet / Intranet front end (the web site). As the web site is run from within the common Windows browser, the standard functionality applies and is not specifically explained here. Such functionality includes (but is not limited to) selection of menu items, selecting options from drop-down boxes, selecting options by way of tick boxes and radio buttons, hyperlinking, scrolling, printing, etc.
Note:
During the normal use of the system, messages may be automatically generated by the system as a result of actions / transactions performed on the system.
Once you have successfully logged onto the web site, the main functionality menu will be displayed.

To access the user manual on the web site, from the main menu, click help.
The User Manual will open in a web browser window.
Every web page makes provision for a contact request to be initiated via above the menu bar. There are two type of contact request, viz.

To initiate a request, click Contact. The Contact screen will be displayed.
If the contact request is initiated from the logon page, only the GeneralEnquiries menu option will be available.
Click General Enquiries on the sub-menu on the left. A blank e-mail will be opened, and the To... address will default to General Enquiries. This is the address linked to transaction code MARKETING in the batch parameter table. Refer to

A message will confirm that an e-mail has been sent successfully. The request will be sent to the e-mail address linked to the team that the product is linked to.
