Movements Detail Report (System Reports Endowment)

This report displays details of changes to key Policyholder data.

From the Endowment menu, select Movements Detail Report from the sub-menu on the left.

Additional options will be displayed:

Click New below Movements Detail Report. The Movements screen will be displayed.

Capture details as follows:

Sub-Product	Select a Sub-Product from the drop-down list. Note: The default is ALL. Optional
Distribution Channel	Select from a drop-down list of Financial Advisors linked to the Sub-Product (Schemes linked to the Endowment product), or select All. Note: Values will only be displayed for selection when a Sub-Product has been selected.
Sub-Status	Select from a drop-down list of Membership Groups linked to the Sub-Product(s) (Scheme(s) linked to the Endowment Product), or select All.
From Date	The date from which data must be extracted. Note: The system default is the current date. This field is mandatory, and a date must be captured.
To Date	The date to which data must be extracted. Note: The system default is the current date. This field is mandatory, and a date must be captured

Click GENERATE.

The following message will be generated once the job has been successfully submitted.

An email will be sent to you when the report is ready to be viewed.

You will receive an email indicating that the report is ready to view.

View detail

Click View Detail below Movements Detail Report. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.

This screen displays a list of the reports created.

The following columns are displayed:

- Timestamp

- Date Captured

- Report Type

- Sequence Number

- Action

To display a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column.

The Report Selection screen will be displayed.

Note:

This report has been optimised to produce a maximum of 250 rows. To view the full report, capture the email address of the recipient and click EXPORT.

Processing

When the GENERATE button is selected, the system will find the PDF Document Template with a Process Type of NMOVENDOWREP linked to the Scheme and extract the information for the Field Tags linked to the Document Template as per the details in the Source column in the table below:

UPDATED BY SYSTEM/KIOSK	UPDATED VIA	Display SYSTEM if the Policy Decision was updated through a process for example Debit Order Rejection or display KIOSK if the decision was effected by a user with the Role of AGENT.
USER	USERID	User ID of the person who changed the Policy Decision on JU4HE Policy Decision Details for each membership record extracted.
