The information for the report is written to a reporting table during each payment run when the reconciliation data is extracted so that it can be retrieved when the report is extracted.
Refer to the table under Processing below for a list of movement types.
From the Reports menu, click alongside Movement Reports on the sub-menu on the left. Additional options will be displayed.
Click New below Movement Report. The Movement Report screen will be displayed.

The system will validate that the day of the From Date captured is the first day of the month captured and the day of the To Date is the last day of the month captured.

A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted (and an e-mail will be sent to you).
The system will read the reporting table to which the reconciliation data is written during the Reconciliation batch job and extract the data per type of movement as per the table below.

If the period from the From Date and the To Date is greater than one month, the system will extract the data for each month in the period.
The data will be extracted as per the table below per month within the reporting period and per payment run.
