This report displays all prior claims, cessions and preference claims registered against the members' fund values.
From the Member menu, select Member Liabilities from the sub-menu on the left.
The Member Liabilities Report screen will be displayed.
Select the required liability type from the drop-down list, and specify any additional criteria, then click GENERATE REPORT.
The report will be displayed on the lower portion of the screen.
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme Code
- Pay Centre
- Surname
- Initials
- Date of Birth
- Member Reference Number
- Company Reference Number
- Liability Type
- Claimant Name
- Liability Start Date
- Liability End Date
- Liability Amount
- Liability Settlement Date
- Liability Settlement Amount
The end of the report displays the following summary totals:
- Number of members
- Number of liabilities
- Total of liability amounts
- Total of liability settlement amounts
Use the appropriate buttons to print or navigate the various pages of the report.
