Member Investment Values by Due Date (Reports Member Investment Values)

This report is the same as the Member Investment Value report but uses Effective Date balances and includes the contributions that have been received with a Due Date less than or equal to the Effective Date of the report but with a Transaction Date greater than the report Effective Date.

 

As the Effective Date balances are used, backdated transactions for which the Effective Date is less than or equal to the report Effective Date are automatically included.  This includes backdated distributions, bonus corrections and re-unitisations.

 

This report is generated by a batch run.  The process involves four distinct steps:

-  schedule the batch run

-  submit the batch run job

-  monitor the progress of the batch run

-  view the report

Create a new batch run, or change the parameters of an existing batch run.

From the JAJU Batch Structure screen, select the batch group named MEMVALDUEDATE.

 

Specify the FROM EFFECTIVE DATE and TO EFFECTIVE DATE values.

 

Specify the Report Criteria that must be used for this report.

To view the report, click By Due Date below Member Investment Values

 

 

The Report Selection screen will be displayed listing the reports generated for the selected scheme.

To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column alongside the required report.  The following Report Selection screen will be displayed.

The report details are displayed as per the existing Member Investment Values report with the exception of an additional column Bonus Portfolio Add Conts for the Bonus Portfolio contributions with an Effective Date after the report Effective Date.

 

Note:

This additional column is included to be able to clearly identify the additional contributions included as it would be inappropriate to include the Bonus transactions in the Not Yet Unitised column and because separate totals are displayed for the unitized and bonus portfolios.

 

Enter the e-mail address to which the report should be sent, then click EXPORT.

 

A message will confirm that the e-mail has been sent.

The report will be e-mailed as a CSV file, and it will be zipped.  Once unzipped, the file can be viewed in Excel.

If the Membership is linked to a Client with a Client Type of EXTERNAL ORG UNIT, the system will display the value for Name on the Organisation Unit record to which the Membership is linked in the Name column and leave the Date of Birth column blank:
