Capture, update and enquiry of legislative bodies with which products are required to be registered.
Administrator Structure
Capture, update and enquiry of administrator name and address, branches/divisions, bank account details, and administrator branch/division name and address and bank account details.
Corporate Client
Capture, update and enquiry of corporate entities with which any number of products interact, e.g. insurers, employers, pay centres, etc.
Capture, update and enquiry of bank account details, addresses, contact persons, facility details and where applicable, pay centres.
Intermediary Client

Define a standard disclaimer message for benefits, switching or contact. The system will default the benefits and switching to this message if no disclaimer is defined at a product level.

Rules and entities that are used across all products are set-up at an infrastructure level by a high-level user. These include the following:
Global type
Capture, update and enquiry of income types, benefit types, risk premiums and fees for selection for use by one or more products.
Income Types
e.g. employee contributions, employer contributions, employee voluntary contributions, transfer values, admin fees, etc., collected from employer or employee
Benefit Types
e.g. product benefit, group life assurance, permanent health insurance, accident death, partial disability, retirement, etc.
Risk Premiums
premiums for e.g. group life assurance, permanent health insurance, accident death, partial disability, etc., collected from employer or employee
Expenses Types
ad hoc product expenses, e.g. audit fees, trustee expenses, stationery, etc.
Fee Expenses
e.g. recurring admin fees, actuarial fees, etc., paid out of the product
Premium Expenses

Global parameters
Capture, update and enquiry of factors for calculations used in the calculation of benefits, percentages for late contributions, benefit payments, and VAT where these rates are not defined at a product level.

Maximum number of months for capturing data in advance, Number of days before reporting of late contributions.

Benefit Rules
The global configuration of a template containing products, calculations and scales. This allows the set up of a benefit calculation that can be re-used in multiple product benefit packages, i.e. benefit rules can be copied to a new product.

Capture, update, delete, enquiry and authorise archiving or data retrieval jobs triggered manually or executed via a schedule.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and measure the performance of the system in order to determine when there is an application code problem or a user environment problem.

Monitor the progress of system log batch runs for the General Error Log, Income Master Log, Technical Log and Archive Log
Workflow Email Management
Manage all deleted Workflow emails.
