A job will be created to poll for the following files created in the BJU3AL batch job and via the online pages and to move them to the SARS directory:
- Tax Directive Request File
- Tax Directive Query File
- Tax Directive Cancellation File
SARS provides a dial-up facility that is made available on registration of the Requestor i.e. the administrator requesting the tax directives. A user name and password will be provided to the Requestor.
The file must be encrypted and the encryption software is available to the registered Requestor on registration.
Retrieve the files from the directory defined for the Batch Parameter TAX DIR REQ and for which the File Mode in the file name is R and load the file to the directory on the SARS Income Tax System (ITS) defined by SARS for the Requestor.
Once the file has been loaded change the File Mode in the file name to A (to be archived) to prevent the same file being loaded again.
