Under the new flexible retirement process, the HR updates include an additional step to generate a new member number on IT53 (or IT105 for BarCap), when adding a Pension Scheme indicator of Flexible Retirement FP. This then extracts to Interface 1 and prompts the creation of a new life assurance only membership record on Vision.
Although this process has been rolled out to both Group and IBIM HR, there is no check step involved to ensure that the update has been done for each flexible retirement case. There is therefore a risk that if a new member number is not updated on SAP for any reason, the new record will not be created on the system.
This report can be run at regular intervals, to pick up members who have been processed as a flexible retirement case on the system, but where no new life assurance only record has been created via Interface 1. I.e. the record does not exist with a benefit category of BA20 - Life Assurance Only Flexible Retirement, contribution category of C20 and investment category of I07.
This report displays a list of flexible retirements for which the new FP indicator record has been processed.

From the Payroll menu, select FP Report from the sub-menu on the left.
The FP Report screen will be displayed.
