When a backdated salary or membership group allocation is captured, a nightly job is run to calculate the effect of the backdated change on contributions due, and the costs included in the contributions for each of the months included in the backdating period.
A comparison between the expected amount for each month and the amount recorded as received for that month, is done, and the difference is calculated.
After this recalculation process has been completed, the expected member income report becomes available.
From the Member menu, select Expected Member Income from the sub-menu on the left.
The Expected Member Income Report screen will be displayed.
This report displays details of differences between the expected amount for each month and the amount recorded as received for that month.
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme Code
- Pay Centre
- Membership No
- Surname
- Initials
- Date of Birth
- Due Date
- Income Type
- Amount Received
- Expected Amount
- Calculated Difference
- User Billed Amount
- Membership Group

The report can be summarised using the following criteria:
- Paycentre and income type
- Member per income type
The following fields are available as search criteria:
- Pay Centre
- Membership No
- Income Type
- Period From
- Period To
The following radio buttons may be selected in order to summarise the report:
- Summarise per Paycentre and Income Type
- Summarise per Income Type
Select the appropriate radio button to indicate the type of summary required, then click SEARCH (refer toSearching for Records for an explanation of the search process). The Expected Member Income Report will be displayed.

If the Pooling Status of the Scheme selected is MAIN UMBRELLA, the system will extract the contribution details as per the existing report but for all of the Schemes with a Pooling Status of SUB UMBRELLA associated to the Scheme selected.
The information will be displayed in Sub-Scheme order.
