Document Template Set Up

Template Elements must be set up with a Template Element Type of PARAGRAPH for each of the headings and any text that needs to be added before or after the information that will be extracted and inserted in the document as an image.

 

Template Elements must be set up with a Template Element Type of TABLE for each of the tables containing the information that will be extracted and inserted in the document.

 

A Document must be set up with a Process Type of ADMIN REP and linked to the applicable template elements.

 

Executive Summary

When setting up the Template for the Executive Summary, ensure that there are page breaks before and after the Beneficiary detailed information sections i.e. the new Beneficiaries details and the terminated Beneficiaries details.  

This is required to ensure that these sections can be excluded if required for the purposes of the protection of personal information).
