To define a new system to be archived, select Define System from the top menu. The JU9AA Archive System List screen will be displayed.
This screen displays a list of existing systems that have already been defined.
To create a new system, click NEW.
The JU9AA Archive System Details screen will be displayed.
To define a new system, capture data as follows:

A text description of the System. |
Once the data has been captured, click OK.
The System captured will be displayed on the JU9AA Archive System List screen.
To view a system that has already been defined, highlight the system and click OPEN.
The details will be displayed on the JU9AA Archive System Details screen.
