Data Load Reports

These reports display data that has been uploaded to the system, and facilitate the checking / balancing of the information.

From the Financial menu, click  alongside Data Load Reports on the sub-menu on the left.  Additional options will be displayed.

This report displays data that has been uploaded to the system from the Salary History files with file indicator SALH.

To view the Salary report, select Salary below Data Load Reports.  The Salary Report will be displayed.

The following columns are displayed:

-        Date created

Voluntary contribution

This report displays data that has been uploaded to the system from Member Defined Contribution file with file indicator VOLU.

To view the Voluntary Contribution report, select Voluntary Contribution below Data Load Reports.  The Voluntary Contribution Report will be displayed.
