Cycle Status

All pay centres open

A new pay centre (PAY004) is being added with effect from 02/06/2003.

When a new pay centre is added within a cycle in which all the pay centres are open for the same effective date, the status of the existing pay centres will not be affected.

Some pay centres open, others closed

A new pay centre (PAY005) is being added with effect from 03/06/2003.

When a new pay centre is added within a cycle in which one or more of the pay centres is closed, the status of the existing open pay centres (for the same effective date) will not be affected.  The closed pay centre/s will change to an error status.

Some pay centres closed, others open for a future date

A new pay centre (PAY006) is being added with effect from 04/06/2003.

When a new pay centre is added within a cycle in which one or more of the pay centres is closed, and one or more of the pay centres is in a future cycle, the status of the existing open pay centres (for the effective date of the new pay centre) will not be affected.  The closed pay centre/s and the future dated pay centre/s will change to an error status.
