To display pension fund contributions, select Contribution Details from the sub-menu on the left. The Contribution Details screen will be displayed.
You can select contributions for a specified date or range of dates, and you can specify the income type for selection.
Click the Transaction button if you wish to see a list of contribution in transaction date order for the specified range of dates.
Click the Due button if you wish to see a list of contributions in due date order for the specified range of dates.
Select the required Scheme Income Type by selecting a value from the drop-down list.
From Date |
The date from which contributions must be displayed. |
To Date |
The date up to which contributions must be displayed. If no date is entered, contributions up to the current date will be displayed. |
Scheme Income Type |
The type of income applicable to the scheme.
Select a value from the drop-down list.
Select ALL to display contributions in respect of all income types. |
Click SUBMIT. Contributions matching the search criteria will be displayed on the lower part of the screen.
If no contributions are found, an error message will be displayed.
