This is a report of the number of disability claims declined due to pre-benefit screening in a defined period.
From the Disability section of the Exits menu, click alongside Claims Declined due to Pre-Benefit Screening. Additional options will be displayed.
To create a new report of Disability Claim Medical Causes, select New from the sub-menu on the left. The Disability Claims Declined screen will be displayed.
Capture data as follows:

From Date |
The start date of the reporting period.
If no date is captured, the system will use the earliest date. |

To Date |
The date up to which reporting must take place.
The capture of a To Date is mandatory. |

The e-mail address of the person who must be notified that the report is available. |
Click GENERATE REPORT.
A message will indicate once the job has been successfully submitted, and an e-mail will be sent to the designated person.
The system will find the Disability Claim Assessment records with a Timestamp less than or equal to the To Date and greater than or equal to the From Date and for which the value Assessment Decision is DECLINED and the value for Declined Reason is PRE SCREENING. The system will count the number of records.
The following information will be extracted:
- Month
- Number of Claims
If the period of the From Date to the To Date is greater than one month, the information will be extracted for each month in the reporting period and the system will count the number of records per month (see example above).
The report will be created with the information above and with the following information in the heading:
- Report Name
- Scheme Code and Name
- From Date
- To Date
Click View below Claims Declined due to Pre-Benefit Screening. The Report Selection screen will be displayed.
The following columns are displayed:
- Scheme Code
- Timestamp
- Date Captured
- Report Type
- Report Sequence No
- Action
To select a report, click on the hyperlinked display in the Action column.
The Report Selection screen will display the number of disability claims declined due to pre-benefit screening.
The following columns are displayed:
- Month
- Number of Claims
