Select the required employee membership as described under

Selecting Members
Select Claims from the top menu and then select Claim Enquiry from the sub-menu on the left. The Benefit Claim Requests screen will be displayed.
To view the claim results, or to track the progress of the claim, click the number under Request No. The Benefit Claim Results screen will be displayed.
