To create a report of the individual benefit results, select Claim Details Report from the sub-menu on the left.
The claim report will be displayed in PDF format to prevent manual changes from being made. This is an example of a claim report. The actual detail and layout of the report could differ, as it is dependant on the type of product (e.g. DB, DC, etc.)
Note:
To ensure that any member notes are displayed in this report, the note must be named exactly the same as the benefit payment update type that it applies to.
