Checklist (My Work)

Overview

This functionality enables a checklist to be used for specific My Work Processes / Activities.

 

To access the checklist, highlight a service request for the scheme on the JU7AB Work Management List screen and select Checklist from the sub-menu on the left. 

 

 

The Checklist screen will be displayed.

 

Example:

 

 

This screen displays a list of Checklist items each with a tick-box in the Doer column. 

 

Click on each tick-box to confirm the Checklist item. 

 

Click SUBMIT to save the updates made to the Checklist.  A date time stamp will be displayed in the Doer column.

 

Note:

In the case of some My Work Processes, additional Action buttons may be added to the Checklist.  E.g.  In the BENEFICIARY NEW MONEY Process.
