Change the Effective Date (Infrastructure Maintain Batch Schedule)

For batch runs that are ready to be processed, the effective date of the run can be changed.  In order to change the effective date, highlight the required batch run, on theJAJV Maintain Batch Schedule screen and select Change the Effective date from the sub-menu on the left.

TheChange Effective Date screen will be displayed.

The effective date is used to determine the information to be extracted.

Enter the new effective date and click OK.  The Maintain Batch Schedule screen will be re-displayed.  The user ID of the person who made the effective date change is displayed in the CHANGED USERID column.
