Billing for Outstanding Contributions

Overview

When backdated changes are captured, the effect of the backdating on the contributions due and the costs included in the contributions are calculated and recorded for the months of the backdating period.

This process of recalculating is part of the nightly batch schedule.

The expected amount for each month is compared with the amount recorded as received for that month and the difference recorded.

A bill must be produced for outstanding contributions as a result of backdated changes.
