Benefit Payment Processing

This role is performed by the administrator.

 

After

-          the payroll clerk has processed the submission of the claim, and

-          the person acting as a representative of the trustees has captured all details pertaining to the exit notification, i.e. all the details needed by the administrator, the relevant batch jobs are run to enable the administrator to access the claim and to process it further.

 

Log in to the system from the Logon page.

 

Click processes, then click benefits.

 

The Employee Selection screen will be displayed.
