From the JU1BK List screen, select a product, then select Disclaimers>Benefit Disclaimers from the sub-menu.
The JV0AD Disclaimers screen will be displayed.
To define a new default disclaimer, click NEW. The JV0AD New Disclaimers screen will be displayed.
Click 
and select an event. Enter the appropriate text, then click OK.
If the selected event already exists in the system, an error message will be displayed.
Object already exists.
Click OK and select an event for which a message does not yet exist on the system, or delete the existing message and then add a new message.
When a new disclaimer has been successfully added, the JV0AD New Disclaimers screen will be re-displayed, and the event just added will be listed.
To view a disclaimer message, highlight a message under the Scheme Events with Disclaimers portion of the JV0AD Disclaimers screen, then click OPEN. The disclaimer screen will be displayed.
If there is no disclaimer message defined at a product level, then the message defined at a system level will be defaulted to.
To delete an existing disclaimer, highlight a message under the Scheme Events with Disclaimers portion of the JV0AD Disclaimers screen, then click DELETE.
The JV0AD Benefit Disclaimers screen will be displayed for the selected disclaimer.
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
The following screen will be displayed with a message requiring confirmation:
Are you sure you wish to delete this Disclaimer?
Click NO to cancel the deletion, or click YES to confirm the deletion. The JV0AD Disclaimers screen will be re-displayed, and the deleted event will no longer appear.
