Bank Accounting Rule (Product Accounting)

Accounting Rules

Select Accounting>Bank Accounting Rule from the sub-menu on the left.  The JU2AF Accounting Activity List screen will be displayed with the following sub-menu options:

Accounting Rules

Highlight an Accounting Activity on the JU2AF Accounting Activity List screen and select Accounting Rules from the sub-menu on the left.  The JU2AG Accounting Rule List screen is displayed.

Click on a line and click OPEN to display the Accounting Rule Details.

To create a new accounting rule click NEW.  The JU2AG Accounting Rule Details screen will be displayed.

Capture the required data and click OK.

Retrieval Rules

Highlight an Accounting Activity on the JU2AF Accounting Activity List screen and select Retrieval Rules from the sub-menu on the left.  The JU2AL Retrieval Rule List screen is displayed.

Click on a line and click OPEN to display the Retrieval Rule Details.

To create a new retrieval rule click NEW.  The JU2AL Retrieval Rule Details screen will be displayed.

Capture the required data and click OK.

EFT Rules

Highlight an Accounting Activity on the JU2AF Accounting Activity List screen and select Retrieval Rules from the sub-menu on the left.  TheJU2AI EFT Rule List screen is displayed.

Click on a line and click OPEN to display the EFT Rule Details.

To create a new retrieval rule click NEW.  The JU2AI EFT Rule Maintain screen will be displayed.

Capture the required data and click OK.

Note

Highlight an Accounting Activity on the JU2AF Accounting Activity List screen and select Note from the sub-menu on the left.  The JV0AA Maintain Notation screen is displayed.

Click on a line and click OPEN to display the contents of the note.

To create a new note click NEW.  The JV0AA Maintain Notation screen will be displayed.

Capture the required data and click OK.
